What are Consensus Talks?
It is research centered around a group of 10 to 30 citizens tasked with the assessment of a socially controversial issue.

How Are Consensus Meetings Scheduled?
STEP 1: Planning: Project manager, responsible, advisory board are determined. Scope, subject and budget are set.
STEP 2: It begins with the selection of a randomly selected panel of citizens from the general population.
STEP 3: Initial Research Week: The project is introduced, key issues are identified, questions are first drafted, and expert presentations are made.
STEP 4: Second Research Week: As a continuation of the first week, presentations are made and questions are asked. Planning is done for the general conference.
STEP 5: Public Conference
a. Day 1: Expert presentations and cross-examinations
b. Day 2: Citizen panel asks additional questions, experts are asked audience questions. Citizen panel report is prepared.
c. Day 3: Citizens' final report is presented.
