How to Plan a Design for Change Event?

STEP 1: Preliminary preparations such as training the facilitator, providing the necessary materials and space, inviting the participants

STEP 2: Feel: Participants identify and identify major issues with their community

STEP 3: Imagine: Participants focus on finding creative solutions, brainstorm, discuss

STEP 4: Do: This is the stage where the participants implement the solutions they found. Participants should be allowed to practice and at this stage they should learn to learn from failure, be strong and improve the project.

STEP 5: Share: prepared projects are shared clearly for consideration

STEP 6: Evaluation of the projects by the experts is shared with the participants and the missing aspects are indicated

STEP 7: The projects prepared at the event and the process are shared transparently.
