What are the Six Thinking Hats?

There are 6 hats with certain roles in the six hat method, and the participants think and discuss about the subject while they are in the hat role under the color hat determined according to the determined order.

How to Plan the Six Thinking Hats

STEP 1: Determining the event topic and calling the participants

 

STEP 2: Explaining hat roles and rules to participants

 

STEP 3: Determining the speaking order of the hats for the purpose of the activity: The first blue hat for each goal starts and ends the dialogue.

 

STEP 4: Each hat is used for about 2 minutes

 

STEP 5: The blue hat summarizes what was said and concludes
